The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items

Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.
3. How to Request an Exchange

5. Shipping Charges for Exchange
Shipping costs for returning the original product may be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
We will bear the shipping cost for dispatching the exchanged item in case of a valid exchange.
