You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch or once they are shipped.
Cancellation is not allowed for personalized or customized products, as these items are specially made based on customer preferences.
2. Cancellation Charges
A 5% cancellation fee will be applicable on the total order value if a cancellation is made after placing the order.
Payment gateway fees (if applicable) will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
3. How to Cancel an Order

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

If the order is dispatched or delivered, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Personalized or Customized Products: These products are specifically crafted to your requirements and cannot be canceled after order placement.
